After months of collaboration and planning, Drogheda Tidy Towns launched its Five-Year Plan to support the group’s work across multiple areas of community and environmental development.
This strategy document served as a roadmap for current and future projects, helping the organisation prioritise efforts, strengthen partnerships, and align its work with the National Tidy Towns competition criteria.

Community voices were integral to developing the plan. Through meetings, stakeholder interviews and online consultation rounds, local residents, volunteers and organisations shared insights that shaped priorities and clarified local needs.
